TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE
By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms. ♡
GENERAL
♡ Do not use my artwork for commercial use.♡ Commissions are not done on a "first come, first serve" basis, if you want your commission done before a certain deadline, it will need to be discussed and may add to the overall price of the commission.♡ No person or entity can remove my watermark from any piece, under any circumstances.♡ You, the client...
May NOT use the artwork for commercial use.
May print your commission for personal use ONLY.
May NOT edit the artwork in any way without prior written permission.
May post the work to your own website/social media, but must credit and/or link back to me.
CANNOT mint or resell the artwork as an NFT, or involve it with NFTs in any way, shape or form. No exceptions.

Reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, without explanation.
Retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork and have said rights to post the artwork to any of my social media, to my portfolio, or to promote my work in any way I see fit. If you do not want your piece posted it must be specified beforehand.
PAYMENT
♡ I accept USD payments through Paypal & Ko-fi, as well as Points on deviantArt!♡ Please do not send the money directly to me and do not send before your order has been accepted.♡ I will not start on the commission until payment has been sent in full.♡ Edits may be requested during the sketch phase for no charge, but afterwards may cost extra.♡ A refund request will not be entertained after the first draft has been sent.♡ However, I also have the right to cancel & refund at any point if I believe that I cannot deliver due to personal/life issues out of my control.♡ If payment is not received within 48 hours of accepting, I will assume you are not interested and will give up your slot.♡ Tips and donations are welcome and greatly appreciated, please be sure to do this through Ko-fi!
PROCESS
♡ You can check the status of your commission on my Trello!♡ I don't mind if you message for an update if it's been a while without contact but please do not constantly message me for updates, they will be given when they can be! Trust me! ♡♡ Time to receive the finished commission may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and circumstances of life, some can be completed in a matter of days whereas others can take potentially 2-6 weeks or more.♡ The completed commission will be sent to the commissioner as a high res .PNG file either through email or a sta.sh link.
